Refund & Cancellation Policy (100% Money-Back Guarantee)

1. How to cancel your subscription

If you want just to cancel your subscription please contact us at support@startnewme.com with your registration e-mail. Your subscription will be canceled manually within 3 business days after contacting us via email - no questions asked.

2. 100% money-back guarantee rules

In addition to any refund rights under applicable laws, if you purchased the program directly from our website and the money-back option was offered at checkout, you are eligible for a full refund if you did not get any results with our program.

Please note that only fulfilment of the requirements below allows you to receive a complete refund under 100% money-back guarantee:

• you contact us within 28 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period; and

We will review your application and notify you by email whether your application is approved. If the application is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 30 days.

The general refund rules do not apply to certain situations, such as personal reasons (e.g., you don't like the product) or financial reasons (e.g., you didn't expect to be charged, didn't realise the trial would convert into a subscription, didn't expect the subscription to auto-renew, or were unaware that the services require payment).
